Payment, Confirmation & Cancellations

Costs:

Foot/Hand Reflexology =  £40- for 1-hour

Acupressure Facial Therapy  = £45 for 1-hour

Acupressure Facial Therapy & Foot Reflexology = £60 for 1.5-hours

Children’s reflexology = £25 for 30-minutes

Parent Workshop = £60 1:1

Self-care Hand Reflexology Workshop 1:1 = £60 1-to-1

Group Self-Care Hand Reflexology Workshops range from £100 – £200

Payment Method: Bank Transfer or cash.

Confirmation of Booking:

All bookings will receive an email confirmation identifying the date, time and cost of the workshop.  

Payment is required 24-hours prior to the workshop, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and agreed.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice of cancellations must be given by email to nicola@refoxology.co.uk

If you are unable to attend the workshop an alternative appointment will be made.

Cancellations by Refoxology: In unforeseen and exceptional circumstances ReFoxology may need to cancel workshops, in this instance an alternative booking or full refund will be offered.

Private Health Care:  Reflexology treatments are now included within some health care policies check your policy to see if you can claim. I am a Level 5 Reflexology Practitioner and member of The Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

General Data Protection (GDPR): GDPR is a legal requirement to protect personal data, please click here for details on my privacy policy.  Any information provided regarding your health and wellbeing prior to a treatment will be held until the treatment goes ahead, when you attend for a treatment your consent will be required as identified in the Privacy Policy below:

Privacy-Policy – One-to-One Treatments

Once a treatment has been undertaken, I am required to maintain notes regarding the treatment, health and wellbeing, these will be held for 7-years as part of my insurance policy.  Records will only be used for reflexology purposes only.  Contact details will be used to contact you regarding treatments, future promotions and up-dates.
